Circleium allows members to suggest new asset concepts for inclusion in the Asset Catalogue. These are ideas or types of assets around which members could form syndicates — for example, a three-bedroom holiday home in a popular location, or a specific make and model of car, motorcycle, or boat.

Each submission is vetted for suitability and relevance before going live. Once approved, members can view, discuss, and explore the concept — sparking interest and collaboration for future syndicates. Importantly, these listings are conceptual and independent of ownership, allowing them to inspire multiple syndicates over time.
